"Lost in Textlation" analyzes text for emotions to give users feedback on if the “tone” of
their text is positive, negative or neutral. Users can select key words to display antonyms and synonyms
to edit text to change the emotional score if desired.
This project highlights the use of APIs, the Sentimood.js library, and Firebase to create persistence.

This project highlighted the use of an AJAX call to Giphy.com to obtain Giphy images that met our topic
choices. Users are also able to add topic buttons and search.
An additional feature is the ability to make the images "animate" on click and return to "still" when
clicked again.
TrainTime highlights the use of Firebase for realtime data storage as well as the use of the Moment.js library to assist with figuring time, i.e. next arrival time of trains and minutes until the next train will arrive. The header picture is inspired by my favorite train station in Denmark, the Guldager train station outside of the main city of Esberg.

Bamazon is an Amazon-like storefront application constructed with Node.js and MySQL. The app will take in orders from customers and deplete stock from the store's inventory. In addition, there is a manager app that will allow the manager to check inventory, increase items that have a low inventory, add new items and delete items.

Google Books is a React-based Google Books Search app. The project is built with React components, works with helper/util functions, and utilizes React lifecycle methods to query and display books based on user searches. Google Books also uses Node, Express and MongoDB so that users can save books to review or purchase later.
